Eyal has over 20 years of proven experience in the American Real Estate market. Since co-founding GNR in 2005, Eyal has been responsible for expanding its activities, growing the business from 100 to 1300 managed units, and from 4 to 70 employees. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Ryerson University of Toronto.
Rudy Netter
Partner & Co-Founder of GNR Group
Rudy has been active in the American real estate market for over 18 years. Since co-founding GNR in 2003, he has been directly involved all the business' development stages including due diligence, acquisition & disposition, construction, property management and financing. Today Rudy is responsible for GNR's business development, strategy and the company's growth.
Oren Ben Ari
Partner & CEO of GNR Development
Oren joined GNR Group in 2014 and runs the US operations with a focus on projects and asset management. Before joining GNR, Oren served as VP at Lapidot Group in Israel, and prior to that as a logistics officer in the IDF at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Oren holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Gil joined GNR Group in 2016. While Gil's managerial experience is from the High-Tech industry and dates back to 2004, he joined GNR in the Real Estate industry to implement his knowledge of Technology-Based Management and Lean/Agile methodologies to support GNR's rapid growth. Prior to GNR, Gil served as Director of R&D at Perion Networks (Nasdaq: PERI). Gil holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University (Recanati Business school).
Efrat Ronen
VP Sales and Marketing
Efrat joined GNR Group in 2020, and leads GNR's sales and marketing operations, including its investor relations department and capital raising. Efrat has 16 years of experience in real estate investment in the US market, working for leading companies in the field. Efrat holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the College of Management (Israel).
